Quick INC Tournament Entry

1. Promoter
This tournament is organised by It's Not Games ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to teams participating in the tournament. The team captain must be authorised to submit details on behalf of their team.

3. How to Enter
To enter, the team captain must submit:

Captain’s name
Team name
Captain’s email address

4. Use of Information
The information provided will be used solely for the administration of the tournament, including:

Recording team participation
Calculating rankings and placements
Contacting team captains if their team places in the top 12

5. Contacting Winners / Top 12 Teams
Only team captains whose teams place in the top 12 at the end of the day and/or overall after the weekend will be contacted using the email provided.

6. Timing
Placements will be determined at the end of each tournament day and finalised after the event weekend.

7. Prizes / Recognition
Details of prizes or recognition will be communicated to qualifying teams.

8. Publicity
The Promoter may publish team names and placements for results and promotional purposes.

9. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical faults or other issues outside its control.

10. Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the tournament where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

11.Photography & Media Consent

By participating in this activity, you agree that photos and videos may be taken during gameplay. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by It's Not Games.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a member of staff before participating.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
