Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is It's Not Games.

1. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. How to Enter

To enter, subscribe to the It's Not Games newsletter via the sign-up form.

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (GMT) on 31 July 2026.

No purchase is necessary.

3. Prize

One winner will receive a prize bundle valued at £500.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 1 August 2026.

The draw will be conducted fairly using a random selection process.

5. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during sign-up within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Email addresses collected through the promotion will be used to send newsletter and marketing communications where consent has been provided.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, but doing so before the winner is selected may affect their ability to be contacted if they win.

7. Publicity

The winner may be asked for permission to have their first name and county published for the purposes of announcing the winner. No further publicity will be undertaken without consent.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final.
