Holy Moly Bundle

The Holy Moly Bundle Includes:

Something wrong?

We're a small, independent, family-run company and we want every order to make someone's game night better. If something isn't right, we'd much rather sort it out than have you left disappointed. Get in touch first - we're flexible and we'll always try to find a fair solution.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason (your "cooling-off period"). You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To exercise this right, please notify us before the 14-day window closes by emailing info@itsnotgames.com with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line.

Condition for unwanted returns: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resaleable condition - packaging intact and unsealed. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened and played, unless they are faulty.

Return postage for unwanted items is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days, using your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for unwanted returns.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a full refund, replacement, or repair.

Email us at info@itsnotgames.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 2 working days with next steps.

Missing or broken pieces? All of our game pieces are individually replaceable at no charge. Just email us and we'll send out replacements - no need to return the whole game.

We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or, for faulty items not requiring return, within 14 days of approving your claim). Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

If you paid by card, your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show the credit in your account - this is outside our control.

For all returns, refunds, or queries, please reach us at info@itsnotgames.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue and we'll get back to you within 2 working days.

We're a small team so we don't have a phone line, but we're responsive on email and always happy to help.

Orders are packed and dispatched by us directly, typically within 2–3 working days of payment being confirmed.

You'll receive a dispatch notification by email once your order is on its way.

We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.

During busy periods (Christmas, game expos, new launches) please allow an extra day or two.

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. The It's Not Cricket game is sent as a tracked parcel due to its size and weight (approx. 1.77 kg packaged).
